Sale Terms & Conditions.
The price is €682,500 EURO. Includes Agency Fees. Our preferred agent is L’Immobilier Gascon.
All agreements, contracts etc… will be drawn, managed, and overseen by a public NOTAIRE.
We strongly advise that purchasers seek independent expert advice. We have used Headdon Consultancy in the past and have found them to be excellent.

This is a private house sale. This house is our main home, ‘residence principal’.
A ready up and running holiday rental business option, ‘www.gasconmanoir.com’, is provided complementary (free of charge). This will allow the purchaser/s, should they wish, to continue a holiday rental income, or to maintain for a future possibility. We rent out the property for a number of weeks each July/August, when Veronica and the children visit Ireland. It is, for us, a supplemental income. It could be extended to a longer season by the new owners.

All publicity and information material, email, contacts accounts, and goodwill will pass to the new owner.
Mark and Veronica aim to ensure that the information and descriptions provided are accurately conveyed on the official website, and any authorized third-party websites or advertisements. There may be small differences between the actual accommodation layout and its description as we are always seeking to improve services and facilities.
